Shamil Basayev Threatens to the Authorities and Mikhail Gutseriev.
On the 31st of August the site of the Chechenian rebels released a statement made by Shamil Basayev which contains direct threats addressed to Russia’s special services and the businessman Mikhail Gutseriev.

Glencore Company covering 3 % of the world oil and oil products sales has become a co-owner of oil production assets in Russia. The company has acquired big stakes in RussNeft’s three enterprises.

International corporation Glencore International AG has acquired minority shares in three affiliated companies of its strategic partner, NK RussNeft OAO; they are Varieganneft OAO, Ulyanovskneft OAO and SP Nafta-Ulyanovsk ZAO.
