The Group of companies of OAO “Belkamneft” (a subsidiary of OAO Oil and Gas company “RussNeft”) have summarized the operations over a period of 9 months in 2007. According to the company’s press-service, oil production in September exceeded the plan figures on 1 % totaling to 326, 909 thousand tons. In general, starting from the beginning of this year the actual volume of production exceeded the plan figures on 1,6% totaling to 3 million 607 thousand tons.

OAO Oil and Gas Company RussNeft pays great attention to the improvement of qualification characteristics of its employees which is one of its priorities in the sphere of human resource management of the company. Thus, in January 2007 a separate subdivision called a group of personnel’s professional training and skill maintenance was included into the structure of the Human resource department at OAO “Varieganneft”.
