Moscow. NK "RussNeft" (RUSN01) has made management reshuffle in the company, say messages from "RussNeft.
Producing subsididaries of RussNeft have completely fulfilled their obligations to the administration of Nizhnevartovsky District

OOO "Varioganneft" and its Subsidiaries (integrated in the structure of OAO NK "RussNeft") have completely fulfilled the obligations, determined by social and economic Agreements with the administration of Municipal Entity of Nizhnevartovsky District. The total sum of finance assistance of the Company in 2009 amounted to 1.5 million rubles, accordung to the report of press-service of Varioganneft.
In 2009 "Orenburgnefteproduct" delivered to agro-industrial enterprises of the Region oil productrs for the sum of 1.685 billion rubles with 10% discount off market wholesale prices

In 2009 OAO “Orenburgnefteproduct” (ORNE), a subsidiary of OAO NK “RussNeft” (RUSN1), sold to agricultural producers of the Region 104 thousand tons of diesel oil and 13.5 thousand tons of motor gasoline Normal-80 at discounted up to 10% market wholesale prices from the oil plants of the Company. At that the total sum of the delivery amounted to 1 685 billion rubles, the sum of the discount amounted to 145 million rubles, says the report of the presservice of "RussNeft".
A subsidiary of "RussNeft" paid more than 3 million rubles of compensation to indigenous peoples of the North at the year-end of 2009

Moscow. OAO NK “RussNeft” was awarded with Patriarchal Certificate of Merit of the Russian Orthodox Church for its active participation in revivification of spiritual life. The Certificate was handed to the company under blessing of The Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Cyril. This award accentuates the high assessment of the Company’s activity in the field of implementation of charity projects
