"RussNeft" has made some management reshuffle
Moscow. NK "RussNeft" (RUSN01) has made management reshuffle in the company, say messages from "RussNeft.
An extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of "RussNeft" on January 14 elected the new Board of Directors in quantity of 5 people.
The members of the Board are now Oleg Gordeyev, Anton Zhuchenko, Olga Prozorovskaya, Yana Tiknonova and Asot Khachaturiants.
Besides, the shareholders approved appointment of Oleg Gordeyev to the position of the President of the Company for the period from January 15, 2010 through to January 14, 2013.
"RussNeft" made some management reshuffle as well. According to the infromation received from PRIME-TASS, Olga Priozorovskaya will be in charge of the financial block, Vladimir Igantko - for the block of production, Igor Kirdoda - for capital construction, Dmitry Romanov - for the corporate block, Eduard Sarkisov - for public relations.
