Ulianovsk. The oilmen of Ulianovsk started mounting fire alarm system at crude oil acceptance and delivery point (CODAP) "Klin". The pump station was equipped with pre-explosive concentration sensors (PCS) of the gas and air medium and automatic system of dry chemical fire fighting.
