In the first nine months og the year "Varieganneft" has increased its net profit by 9%
Khanty-Mansiysk. In January - September 2009 ОАО "Varieganneft" (the subsidiary enterprise of Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft") has realized net profit in the amount of 635,092 million Rubles, that is by 8,8% more than for the same period last year.
As it is said in the report of "Varieganneft", in the third quarter its net profit made 410,012 million Rubles, that is by 2,3 times more than in the second quarter.
The Company says, that such growth is caused by the increase of sales revenue due to oil price rises.
In 2009 the Company is going to produce 1,344 million tons of oil.
Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft" holds 50,86% of shares of "Varieganneft".
