Yesterday Oil Company RussNeft OAO and Moscow State University named after M.V.Lomonosov signed a cooperation agreement. According to the company’s press-service, the objective of the agreement signed by RussNeft President Mikhail Gutseriev and Moscow State University Rector, Academician Viktor Sadovnichy is to set up a corporate university on the basis of Moscow State University. The corporate university will be called “High School of Innovative Business (faculty) of MGU”.

The financial support of the sowing campaign in the Orenburg region from the budgets of all the levels will amount to more than 400 million roubles, an IA REGNUM correspondent was told at the press-service of the local administration.

Yesterday Mikhail Gutseriev, owner of Oil Company RussNeft, came for a visit to Perm. The official reason for this visit was to meet the governor of the region in order to discuss the possibility of building a glass works using the facilities of Bereznikovsky Soda Production Plant. However, the Kommersantъ came to know that the main issue of the discussions with the governor was the core activities of the company in the region. Mikhail Gutseriev said that he was completing negotiations on acquisition of company Uraloil, a subsidiary of Lukoi-Perm OOO, and was going to participate in the auctions for developing oilfields in the Perm region.

Oil Company RussNeft OAO controlling Saratovneftegaz OAO is going to increase its oil production in the Saratov region, said Governor of the region Pavel Ipatov.

Oil Company RussNeft OAO is planning this year to complete deals on acquisition of a number of other upstream assets, the company’s President Mikhail Gutseriev informed the press. According to him, presently the company is negotiating the purchase of such assets. At this, Mikhail Gutseriev declined to specify either location or price of the assets.
