M. Gutseriev Elected PJSC RussNeft Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Mikhail Gutseriev, founder of PJSC RussNeft, was reelected the Chairman of the Board of Directors during the Company’s board meeting on June 21.
The participants also decided to approve the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors consisting of Mr. Sergey Stepashin (Chairman), Mr. Andrey Derekh and Mr. Victor Martynov.
The Remuneration and Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors was agreed to consist of Mr. Victor Martynov (Chairman), Mr. Robert Jacob Alexander Skidelsky and Mr. Dmitry Romanov.
PJSC “RussNeft” ranks among the top-10 largest oil companies by crude oil production in Russia.
The Company possesses a well-balanced portfolio of assets located in the key Russian oil and gas provinces (West Siberia, Volga-Urals and Central Siberia) as well as in Azerbaijan.
