Corporate Spartakiad in OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologiya

25 people were at the Start Point despite the windy weather. Classic cross-country and freestyle cross-country skiing. Women’s distance made up 2 km and men’s distance amounted to 4 km. Akhmet Aushev, Deputy Director for Operations Support, says about the participants of the competitions: “The history of our company. Just think about it – Aganneftegazgeologiya. It is geological past, it is pioneers walking the most remote paths during severe snows and winds. We have inherited this spirit. The corporate Spartakiad has been held since 2005. It is main aim is to promote healthy lifestyle and to attract the majority of the employees to regular sports trainings.

Evgeny Galkin, OAO MPK ANGG chief power engineer and the winner of last year competitions says these competitions unite the employees of the oilfields and managers.

Mila Sitdikova, Deputy Head of Social Development Department says: “Unfortunately the weather was not so good for us, but our sportsmen will not fail, they are the best”. Football, volleyball and table tennis competitions will held further. 180 people take part in the Spartakiad, i.e. each fourth employee of the company.

Summarizing the results of the Spartakiad and award ceremonies of the winners of Spartakiad 2014 will be held before the New Year holidays. Roman Shakirov, Operator for gas treatment and sale at Mokhtikneft, says: “Positive emotions and well-being. I am grateful to the hosts for the opportunity ski and to contact with healthy young people. It is cool”.

The oilmen are peculiar people. It is much better to be on the pedestal, to attract your friends and relatives, i.e. to be hard-working and active.
