OAO Varioganneft summarized the HSE Management System in 2013

Raduzhny, KhMAO. OAO Varioganneft, OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary, summarized HSE Management System functioning in 2013.

Internal audits, Grades I and II were performed in the company within the current term to prove efficient functioning of the Management System and its compliance with international standards ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 as well as with the documents of Management System of the Company. Implementing OAO NK RussNeft policy in HSE by the Company and HSE Management System efficiency was assessed.

Training was held and knowledge of the employees was assessed within implementation of OAO NK RussNeft policy in HSE.

The company continued to implement the program for prevention of industrial accidents, decrease of negative impact on the environment during the operations within the HSE Management System. The company also controlled constantly labor discipline. Significant risk mitigation program was performed at workplaces within the accepted international standards OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004. Totally around 500 mln RUB were allocated to perform HSE upgrading activities including capital construction of the pipelines and equipment safety examination, oil contaminated soil recovery. Recommendations to further improvement of HSE Management System during summarizing the results its functioning in 2013 were accepted. Works for monitoring and assessment of the compliance of the Management System of the Company with the legislative and other requirements in HSE, applicable to the activity of the Company, will continue.
