Raduzhny, KhMAO. OAO Varioganneft, OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary, held the conference of the workers association to summarize the performance of the obligations under Labor Contract concluded between the employer and the employee of OAO Varioganneft from the January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. 129 representatives of departments and structural divisions took part in the Conference.
It was mentioned in the Conference that social payments were significantly increased. All the expenses for provision of 2013 social package amounted to 66 mln rubles, while the amount per one employee reached 50 thousand rubles, the personnel received the salary fully and regularly. According to the approved standards the employees of the Company were timely provided with working clothes and boots as well as other PPE. The expenses execeded 10 mln rubles. Around 700 employees working at the hazardous facilities received special meals (milk). The expenses amounted to more than 2 mln rubles. Pre-employment medical inspections and regular medical inspections for the amount of 3 mln rubles were performed at cost of the employer. Varioganneft devotes much attention to the Health Safety of the employees, the press-office reports. Thus around 29 mln rubles were allocated at execution of the program of health resort treatment of the employees and members of their families. 270 employees of the Company were provided with subsidized hot meals. The subsidy amounted to 6 mln rubles. The chairman of the trade union of OAO Varioganneft highlighted that the administration of the company cooperates intensively with the representatives of the trade union and all the obligations have been executed. It also highlighted that the key issues are being solved jointly.
Yury Nishkevich, Varioganneft General Director, analyzed the performance in 2013 and defined the direction of the work of the employees for the current year. He underlined that 2014 should be the year of quality and quantity growth. Nishekvich also confirmed the intention to continue the efforts targeted at improving the quality of life of every employee. He said: “2013 proved that all the necessary activities to execute obligations of the current Collective Labor Contract were performed. Further increase of both salaries and the amount of social package per each employee requires unconditional execution of business plan for oil production by all the employees. It is important to understand that execution of the business plan is the source of funding of all the programs at the company”.
Observing the social and economic and labor rights of the employees of Varioganneft is an important direction to efficient operation of the company. The current Collective Labor Contract supports creation of healthy conditions of work, high level of social guarantees. All the obligations of the parties to the Collective Labor Contract concluded between the employer and the employees of OAO Varioganneft from January 1, 2013 until December 31, 2013 are recognized as executed.
