OAO NAK Aki-Otyr implements corporate social programs

Khanty-Mansiysk. OAO NAK Aki-Otyr (subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft) carries out corporate social programs.

Given the severe northern climate and hard working conditions, the health care and recreation program is the most popular item among the employees of OAO AKI-OTYR in the social package. According to the program, the company subsidizes 80% of the employees’ vacation vouchers expenses.
100 people applied for vacation vouchers this year which is significantly more than the previous year. Over 4 million rubles are planned to be allocated for vacation vouchers and corresponding travel expenses. 17 people have already recreated in health resorts by the beginning of the summer season. The company’s employees preferably travel to the resorts of Sochi, Crimea and Altay region.
In addition, special attention is given to creation of corporate culture and healthy life style of the personnel. Sport courts, skating rink, swimming pool are available for the employees all year round. The company undertakes the rent of the sport facilities.
Significant funds are allocated for optional medical insurance of the personnel including dental care. The list of the clinics is now much wider against the previous year. The company recovers, on annual basis, the expenses for kindergarten, provides material aids on applications and lump sum welfare of various social nature. The employees and their children may study with 50% expenses return, and non-working retired employees are supported with lump sum additions to their retirement benefits.
In 2014, AKI-OTYR will continue to carry out programs for social protection of the employees and their families.
