Ulyanovskneft continues to implement the Drilling Program 2014
Ulyanovsk. OAO Ulyanovskneft, subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, continues to implement its drilling program at Kudryashovskoye field.
Seven wells have been drilled so far with only three planned yearly this year. Decision to increase the number of the new wells was made based on the results of drilling Well 34 and Well 35. Ulyanovsk oil men believe that Kudryashovsloye field is promising. Thus, the actual production at the field in Q1 2014 was 39.195 thousand tons with the original plan of only 38.515 thousand tons.
Kudryashovskoye field was opened in 1985 and put into development in 1998. So far, there are 14 operating wells: 12 producing and 2 injection. Average daily production rate is almost 50 tons. The field production in 2013 was 38.872 thousand tons of oil.
The Drilling Program of OAO Ulyanovskneft for 2014 provides for 12 new wells. It is expected that implementation of the Program activities will ensure production growth of 61.222 thousand tons of oil.
