Nizhnevartovsk. OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologia (subsidiary of NK RussNeft) implements its social program to increase the quality of life of its employees and their families.
Over 51 million rubles have been allocated in 2014 for various activities under the collective labour agreement. The company’s social package funding in 2014 increased 7.4% against 2013.
Over 10 million rubles were allocated for the comprehensive program of health resort treatment. About two hundred employees of the company and their family members recreated and improved their health at resorts on the Black See coast, Altay region, south of Tyumen region, Caucasian mineral waters. 37 children spent part of their summer holidays in the children recreational educational center “Children’s republic” (Tyumen).
The company provided assistance to its employees on the occasions of weddings, births, retirements, as well as reimbursed health care expenses etc. Totally, over 7.2 million rubles were allocated under the program for social payments.
The company has been allocating funds for cultural and sport activities during the year. The company also has programs for upgrade of the employees’ accommodation, optional accidents insurance, optional health insurance, private pension plans. Agannefegazgeologia employees can visit the swimming pool, gym, skating rink on regular basis…
Retired employees receive material aid twice per year. As of today, 211 former employees of the company live in various regions of the country. Annually, the company transfers a monetary bonus to the veterans on the eve of the International Day for the Elderly and Oil and Gas Industry Workers Day.
The company intends to continue development and improvement of the corporate social programs. Funding of the events for social support to the personnel will increase.
