Khanty-Mansiysk, KhMAO. OAO NAK-AKI-OTYR, subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, implements activities for the reservoir pressure maintenance system development.
OAO NAK Aki-Otyr, producing asset of OAO NK RussNeft in KhMAO, continues to expand the reservoir pressure maintenance system at the group of Shapshinskoye fields.
Modular group pump station has been put into regular operation at Verkhne-Shapshinskoye field. It covers well pads No. 7, No. 7 bis, No. 14, No. 33.
The facility will pump water from the newly drilled water wells at the booster pump station pad gathering liquids from entire Verkhne-Shapshinskoye field. One of such wells compensates for the water shortage to ensure full supply to the entire pump module comprising four TsNS 90-1900 pump units.
The working agent used at Verkhne-Shapshinskoye field booster pump station is a blend of waters: produced water and water coming from the water wells. The capacity of the pump station is 2700 m3 per day.
The water injection performed by the pump station will increase along the water cut growth and addition of new water injection wells. The actual capacity of the booster pump station has reached 1 million m3 per year for the first month of operation. The plan is to increase it up to the designed 2.3 million m3 per year by means of including well pads No. 3, No. 8, No. 34 of Verkhne-Shapshinskoye field into the reservoir pressure maintenance system.
