OAO NAK AKI-OTYR completed preparations for the works in winter period

A number of major activities were performed in course of preparation of the Company for the winter season. Special committee, including managers of the principle disciplines, was formed to control and immediately solve the issues at OAO NAK AKI-OTYR.
Testing the heating system at all the facilities of oilfields, including camps, was an important part of preparation for the winter season. Seasonal maintenance of diesel power plants was performed to provide their continuous operation.
Audit of all the technical equipment at the oilfields of the Company was performed under the control of the oilfield supervisors. Damaged cladding of the pipelines of oil treatment and pumping units, booster pump units, LACT, modular cluster pump stations. Power supply network operability and power cables integrity were tested. Electrical heating was inspected and connected at pipelines and christmas trees.
All the vehicles and special machinery of the Company were prepared for the winter period by the specialists of the transport department. Drivers were given ad hoc winter safety training.
On the whole, preparation of NAK AKI OTYR facilities for winter has a regular basis, it is necessary to ensure accident free and sustainable operation of all the support systems of the company.
