RussNeft holds a scientific conference for young professionals

According to press service of PJSC ”RussNeft”, the first scientific and technical conference for young professional has been held on the basis of the Nizhnevartovsk branch of the company. The organizers named professional development and popularization of the research activities of holding’s talent pool as the main objectives of the event.

The conference was attended by employees from Nizhnevartovsk, Khanty-Mansiysk, Tomsk, Saratov and Ulyanovsk branches of the company. Before, the participants became winners of similar conferences in the branches. It is noted, that the conference would contribute to supporting advanced concepts and initiatives of the most talented and promising young employees of the oil company. The final stage of the event involved the presentation of efficiency and production improvement projects through the introduction of innovative solutions. The jury evaluated the reports and presentations based on the economic feasibility, relevance, as well as the originality of the chosen topic. The works of the winners were awarded. As press service noted, the professional development of employees is a priority of the company. Last year, 1,362 specialists were retrained at the Saratovnedra training center. The Company systematically implements programs to enhance educational level of its staff and promotes the scientific and cultural activities. Such scientific and technical conferences help to reach the employees` full potential and allow talented professionals to show their expertise and apply their abilities to the development of the company.
