“The Best in Profession”: RussNeft held a competition for drivers

This year, the Nizhnevartovsk branch of PJSC “RussNeft” decided to celebrate the Day of Road Transport Workers in an unusual way. According to the press service, the company held a competition of professional skills under the title of "Best in Profession" among car drivers, where real masters of their craft were revealed.

The Day of Road Transport Workers is an important and significant event. The winners received valuable prizes from the management and a charge of professional motivation for years to come. In total, the calculations provide for the participation of 11 drivers of the technological transport department of the branch. As part of the competition, drivers were expected to undergo various tests and checks. The competitive program consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. After successful answers to questions, professional drivers got to the autodrome where all the obtained skills were demonstrated. In addition to the honorary title of "Best in Profession", the winners of the competition received valuable material prizes. Drivers with a result confirmed in the competition were awarded an annual salary bonus for professional skills and high qualifications. As explained in the press service of the company, the purpose of the event was to raise the corporate table of labor. For this purpose, the department is systematically engaged in the study and dissemination of best practices and production culture, as well as increasing the interest of workers in improving their professional skills. In addition, the company welcomes the development of creative cooperation between employees.
