RussNeft incremented 15 mln tons to its oil reserves in 2019

Increment to PJSC “RussNeft” oil reserves reached 15 mln tons in 2019 majorly due to geological and exploration works in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Region, the press-release says. “Increment of PJSC “RussNeft” included into SAFMAR Group, reached 15 mln tons of oil in 2019. In the reporting year the major scope of geological and exploration works was performed in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Region”, the statement reports.

RussNeft informs that 2019 showed 1.6 mln tons of oil and 13.3 mln tons of oil increment at Verkhne-Shapshinskoye (Achimov deposits) and Tagrinskoye field accordingly.

Mr. Evgeny Tolochek, President of the Company, said in September that RussNeft does not expect the significant increment of oil reserves in 2019, though it is planned for 2020 after booking the new sites. He also highlighted that 2018 showed RussNeft incremented 60 mln tons of oil.
