SINCE EARLY 2017, RUSSNEFT HAS EXPANDED ITS OIL RESERVES BY 25.8 MILLION TONNES

“RussNeft” has increased its oil reserves by 25.8 million tonnes since the beginning of this year”, the company's official release writes.

“According to the results of the first six months of 2017, PJSC “RussNeft” has raised its oil reserves by 25.8 million tonnes”, the Company notes. 

The Company explains that the reserve growth was provided by the fields located in Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous district. The increase in АВ1+В2 reserves has been confirmed by the decision of the Federal Subsoil Resources Management Agency on the basis of current estimate of recoverable reserves.

PJSC “RussNeft” ranks among the Top-10 largest oil companies by crude oil production in Russia.

The Company possesses a well-balanced portfolio of assets located in key Russian oil and gas provinces (West Siberia, Volga-Urals and Central Siberia) as well as in Azerbaijan.

As of 1 January 2017, АВ1+В2 reserves of PJSC “RussNeft” were amounted to 555 million tonnes.
