RUSSNEFT CONSOLIDATED ITS SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL CENTER WITH THE PARENT COMPANY
Moscow. PJSC “RussNeft” performed reorganization and consolidation with OOO RussNeft-Scientific and Technical Center (“NTC - RussNeft”).
According to SPARK-Interfax the relevant amendments on cessation of the legal person’s activity within the consolidation were introduced into the Unified State Registry of the Legal Persons on December 22, 2016.
Acc. to PJSC “RussNeft” the Scientific and Technical Center provides effective development of the oil fields and operation of the increasing hydrocarbon resources base.
The structure of the Center involves departments that perform monitoring and developing of the fields, hydrocarbon resources of the Volga, Central-Siberia, West-Siberia and Ural oil producing blocks of the Company.
