VARIOGANNEFT REDUCES THE OIL PRODUCTION COSTS
OAO Varioganneft, subsidiary of PJSC “RussNeft”, reduces costs of the oil production by implementing the program for longer time between wells overhauls and higher power efficiency of the wells operation. The time between wells overhauls at Variogan oil block fields is 626 days in 2016 having increased by 77 days.
The long time between wells overhauls at the subsidiary’s licenses is due to introduction of a number of innovational technologies, high quality and timely maintenance of the oilfield equipment.
The time between wells overhauls is an indicator to assess the wells performance and the ESP’s operation quality. Long time between wells overhauls for an oil company is, primarily, lower costs of maintaining the wells in working condition, less downtime waiting for an overhaul, less power and resources consumption, more possibilities for activities to increase the oil production.
