PJSC “RUSSNEFT” PRESIDENT PURCHASED ONE MILLION RUBLES WORTH SHARES OF THE COMPANY DURING THE IPO

Moscow. December 5. INTERFAX-ANI – The President of PJSC “RussNeft” Evgeny Tolochek purchased 0.0005% of the Company.

According to PJSC “RussNeft”, E. Tolochek bought shares of the company on November 25, the date of its IPO at the Moscow Exchange.

Given the offer price of 550 rubles per share, the President of the company paid 1.078 million rubles for the purchased stock.

Belyrian Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries, which beneficiary owners are the Gutserievs, sold 20% of the ordinary shares of PJSC “RussNeft” (15% of the charter capital) at the Moscow Exchange late in November.

In particular, Belyrian Holdings Ltd sold 6.41% of the ordinary shares owned by it directly. Bradinor Holdings Ltd (5.426%) and Cromeld Management Ltd (7.48%), its subsidiaries, also sold their stocks and are no longer shareholders of PJSC “RussNeft”.

Following the IPO, the sellers received 32.4 billion rubles, the oil company itself did not raise money. The capitalization of PJSC “RussNeft” became 161.8 billion rubles. Neither the company, nor the IPO organizers disclosed the identities of the purchasers.

The IPO resulted in reduction of the cumulative stock of the Gutserievs down to 60% of the charter capital (47% of the ordinary shares) of the company, Glencore plc controls 25% of the capital (33% of the ordinary shares).

The charter capital of PJSC “RussNeft” is 196.22 million rubles. It is divided into 294.12 million ordinary shares and 98.32 million privileged shares with a nominal of 50 kopecks each.
