STUDENTS OF HIGHER INSTITUTIONS DO INTERNSHIP AT OAO VARIOGANNEFT

Raduzhny, KhMAO. Around 30 students of higher and secondary education institutions did summer internship in 2016 at OAO Varioganneft, a subsidiary of RussNeft.

On an annual basis the entity admits students from higher and secondary education institutions, as well as from apprenticeship centres, training them under the supervision of highly skilled workers. The most in-demand occupations are the following: Development and Exploitation of Oil and Gas Deposits, Oil and Gas Production Geology, Oil and Gas Processing, Oil Field Machinery and Equipment, Oil and Gas Drilling. During internship students of tertiary institutions, specializing in oil and gas, are offered paid work placements and comfortable hostels accommodation. Support of the graduates is one of the priorities of HR policy of the company. There are few successful programs in Varioganneft, aimed at creating a friendly environment for professional and personal development of young people.

Under the joint project of RussNeft and Lomonosov University, the prospective employees of Varioganneft have their Master Program at MGU-RussNeft Graduate School of Innovation Business.

Varioganneft supports and encourages educational eagerness, continual personal and professional growth of its employees. It managed to create favorable conditions for enhancement of proficiency of young workers and fulfillment of their creative and innovative potential.

The entity will continue to pay close attention to the support of graduates, who are the strategic resource of Varioganneft and its parent company.
