Nizhnevartovsk. ST ZAO GOLOIL and ZAO Chernogorskoye, subsidiaries of RussNeft, fulfilled their obligations under socio-economic agreements with the administration of Nizhnevartovsk district. The contribution of the holding’s assets into the socio-economic development of the area is over 1 million rubles in 2016.
The funds were allocated for upgrade of the Impulse water treatment plant in Zaitseva Rechka village as well as for purchase and manufacture of kayaks for the athletes from the Northern indigenous minorities living in Nizhnevartovsk district.
OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologia had previously provided financial aid to the municipal administration in amount of 300 thousand rubles for the XI regional art festival “My heart – Nizhnevartovsk district” which was held in Novoagansk on June 12.
The socio-economic agreements between RussNeft subsidiaries and the municipal administration are signed on annual basis. The oil producers traditionally allocate funds for various social, charitable and sponsorship projects in the areas of their operation. The partnership relations between the oil producers and municipal authorities are meant to jointly address the local socio-economic issues.
