RUSSNEFT AND SARATOVNEFTEGAZ SUPPORT ENGELSSKY DISTRICT SOCIAL FACILITIES

The Company operates in 14 municipal districts as well as in Engelssky district complying with social responsibility of business.
 The allocated funds allowed to make an overhaul Engels Arts Center for Juniors for the first time in decades. Also basic material means were updated including a new concert hall stage, a new sound system, stage lighting instruments and video equipment. RussNeft also sponsored the essential repair works which significantly improved the material and technical facilities in Druzhba, National Center of Folk Arts of Egelssky district, during 2014-2016.
 The charitable program allowed to replace old windows with plastic ones in Lipovka Culture House, which celebrated its 50-th Anniversary, as well as to repair the damaged roof in Ternovsky Culture House.  Now members of 40 clubs feel much better while visiting these places.
 The companies likewise sponsor district educational facilities.  Supported by OAO Saratovneftegas Engels Polytechnic University was able to buy new furniture for the computer class.
 RussNeft sponsored the start of construction of the Honorable People Alley and installed a children’s playground in Krasny Jar in the current year.  Furthermore, the companies have helped district administration to organize public events dedicated to Victory Day, the Day of Knowledge and to solve Engels social and economic development issues for many years. For example, with the help of RussNeft, hundreds of students got the opportunity to have free vacation in Rovesnik, one of the best recreation centers in Saratov region. The recreation center was founded by OAO Saratovneftegas.
 RussNeft and OAO Saratovneftegas regularly implement charitable activities in the regions of its operations. Many social objects suffering from shortage of assignments receive significant donations, among which hospitals, sports clubs, culture centers, preparatory schools and educational facilities. Significant funds are allocated for the repair and reconstruction of schools, kindergartens, stadiums, parks, construction of play grounds, organization of arts festivals, sports competitions and children’s holidays as well as for many other exclusive arts projects.
