A professional skills competition for a drilling contractor was held in OAO Varioganneft Tagrinskoye field.
Raduzhny, KhMAO-Ugra. The Best in Profession competition was conducted at OAO Varioganneft Tagrinskoye field for one of the leading drilling contractors in Western Siberia.
Six drilling shifts performed their theoretical and practical skills at Tagrinskoye well pads 22A and 24A. It was not a coincidence that the annual competition was held in this field. These wells had customer’s drilling rigs which are currently used for drilling of two horizontal wells. The length of each one is about 750 m.
This year Varioganneft intends to drill and put into operation 50 new wells (13 directional and 37 horizontal wells). Expected daily production output growth by means of the new wells operation will exceed 3405,7 tpd which will allow a sustained growth in production for the company.
Tagrinskoye field was developed in 1978. Its current output since the start of its development has been 24 563 t. Operating well stock counts 243 wells and drilling of new wells in this license will ensure steady oil production growth.
