Russneft issued additional ordinary and preferred shares

The bank of Russia says the regulator made a decision to register the report on additional ordinary and preferred shares issue results.
The central bank of the Russian Federation registered ordinary and preferred shares issue on March 10th. Amendments into resolution on the additional issue were registered on May 19th.
Russneft charter capital makes up 100 mln rubles and it consists of 100 thousand of ordinary shares.
At the moment 54% of Russneft charter capital is owned by the companies of Mikhail Gutseriev and the family, 46% belongs to Glencore, the Swiss trader.
