OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologiya veterans were awarded with Anniversary Medals

The limited edition Anniversary Medals are attributed to 2 anniversary dates: production of the 11th billion ton of oil at the territory of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District Yugra and the 50th Anniversary since establishing the professional day of Geologist. The solemn events attributed to the significant days were held in Khanty-Mansiysk.  Aleksandr Novak, Minister of Energy, Sergey Donskoy, Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology and Natalya Komarova, KhMAO-Yugra Governor took part in celebrations. Oil and gas industry veterans were the special guests at the celebrations.
The Anniversary Medal was awarded to three former employees OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologiya, who have retired now, Lyubov Bazhinova and Nadezhda Dema the veterans of Labor, the Honored Geologists of KhMAO-Yugra as well as to Viktor Kazarinov, the Veteran of Labor, the Honored Geologist of the Russian Federation. The honored workers have more than 40 years of the working experience in Geology. They contributed much to development of fuel and energy complex of the country with their hard work.
OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologiya was founded in early 60-s of the last century. The company is the successor of Ust-Balykskaya oil exploration expedition. This expedition was renamed into Aganskaya oil exploration expedition in 1974. ANGRE was named as the leading and the largest expedition in the USSR in 1981.
Open joint-stock multi-profile company Aganneftegazgeologiya was registered in 1998. 84 hydrocarbon discoveries at KhMAO-Yugra are on the balance of the company. At the moment OAO MPK ANGG is developing seven licenses.
