Raduzhny, KhMAO. OAO Varioganneft, RussNeft subsidiary, implements internal HR programs within HR effective management strategy.
In course of 2015 workshops were performed in acute directions such as industrial safety in oil and gas production; implementation of the company’s Management System, importance of mean time between overhauls (factors of influence) etc., aimed at improving the knowledge of the employees.
The employees of engineering and technical departments as well as the workers were provided with the opportunity to receive additional knowledge. Above 270 employees of the company took part in the workshops which contributed to successful performance of the working responsibilities of the employees.
A range of internal corporate programs is annually implemented for the development of OAO Varioganneft employees potential: additional education, HR training, qualification improvement etc. Special attention is given to post-graduate training of the young specialists and young managers who are included into the candidates pool as well as to attracting young people to solving the production objectives of the company.
Educational process in a form workshops, which were organized in Varioganneft last year for the first time, are targeted at obtaining new knowledge and implementing this knowledge by the employees in different areas of production. Varioganneft plans to significantly increase the range of topics and directions which it involves, as well as to attract more participants.
