Saratovneftegaz carries on the capital construction program

Application of OAO Saratovnegtegaz capital construction funds was over 320 million rubles in 2015. This included the capital construction program funding in amount of around 170 million rubles comprising 95.2 million rubles for the existing facilities upgrade and over 63 million rubles for new construction.
For instance, a number of oil pipelines and the gas pipeline from SP-22 to Stepanovsky gas-oil separation plant with overall length of more than 21 km were upgraded to mitigate the risks and operational costs of the company. West-Rybushansky gathering station was also revamped in respect of the gas treatment unit.
Within the scope of the capital construction program, in 2015, OAO Caratovneftegaz laid a gas pipeline from Guselsky SP to the Brick factory being of major economic and technical importance for both the company and the regional centre.
Besides, a new 2000 m3 tank for oil emulsion treatment was commissioned at Pravoberezhny oil and gas treatment and transport facility.
New pipelines were laid with an overall length of 4400 m at the company’s fields after well interventions. Construction of 8 gas metering units was also completed, 4 facilities of the company were equipped with video surveillance system.
It is to be notes that the total amount of OAO Saratovneftegaz capital investments into construction and upgrade of the oil production infrastructure was over 5 billion rubles (including 1.86 billion rubles under the capital construction program) for the last 10 years when the company operated as RussNeft’s subsidiary. The company has laid and upgraded over 230 km of pipelines, constructed 13 new tanks with total capacity of 19.4 thousand m3, commissioned over 50 gas metering units, erected bunds around 6 facilities, equipped 13 facilities with video surveillance system since 2006.
It is not unimportant that the applicable HSE requirements were strictly met during construction of new facilities and upgrade of the existing ones.
OAO Saratovneftegaz 2016 plan provides for further development of the infrastructure and implementation of the up-to-date techniques of oil and gas production allowing a more efficient development of the fields. Besides, the company will continue to revamp the existing pipelines to ensure robust and safe operation of the whole pipeline system.
