Saratovneftegaz HSE performance in 2015

The company’s hazardous producing facilities were inspected by the production control board of the company and the state control authorities within this period due to the approved schedule. Along with that the internal regulation documents were updated in compliance with the legislative amendments for the increase of health and safety and technical regulations control. The company received a license for operating the class I, II and III fire explosive and chemical hazardous producing facilities.
Besides the company performed a level 2 internal audit in H2 of 2015, in relation to OAO  Saratovneftegaz HSE Management System. The auditing results show the high level of Management System operations, it has been constantly maintained and improved.
In 2015 OAO Saratovneftegaz subdivisions performed the second stage of the special labor conditions evaluation. The company and its subsidiaries successfully implement activities within the developed and operating multistage production control targeted at comprehensive improvement of labor conditions for the personnel. The costs for those targets exceeded 31 mln rubles last year.
The workers continued to undergo compulsory periodic medical check-ups last year.
The complex of scrap metal radiation safety activities was performed at the areas with temporary storage at production facilities.
8 trainings with personnel evacuation from the producing facilities and administrative buildings, in case fire breaks out, were performed in 2015 in compliance with the Russian Federation fire safety rules, this is twice as much as in 2013.
Above 350 OAO Saratovneftegaz employees took part in the trainings. 22 trainings involving fire extinguishing  were performed at the hazardous producing facilities in cooperation with fire brigades. The aggregate costs of the company for fire safety consolidation made up around 500 thousand rubles in 2015.
