Preliminary operations results for 2015 at OAO VARIOGANNEFT

Above 2.140397 mln tons of oil and 1,185 cbm of gas were produced at Variogansky oil block in 2015.
Within the production drilling program at the fields of Variogansky oilfield the joint stock company continued industrial development last year, involving the facilities that were not developed before.
Last year the Company drilled and performed a start-up of 13 new wells by means of which the company produced additionally 66,437 thousand tons of oil.
Within implementing well interventions in 2015, calculation review of hydrocarbon reserves at the licenses of Varioganneft allowed to increment 2 mln 571 thousand tons of ВС1+С2 hydrocarbons.
Introduction of economically efficient programs of oil production at the fields of Varioganskoye oifield brought positive results. Side-tracking has been performed at 29 wells. The average daily increment made up 40 tons, the press-office of the company reports.
The program workover period extension of the wells and activities targeted at increasing the energy efficiency also contributed to reduction of the costs.
A set of activities, in particular reduction of non-commercial fund of the wells, energy-efficient design of the electrical submersible pump, introducing technology of a short-time switch-on for the operation of low flow-rate wells, were performed. Above 12.6 mln kilowatt-hours were saved in 2015. It equals to 43.5 mln rubles in monetary equivalent.
As regards to the infrastructure development in 2015: a start-up of a new 4 MW gas boiler was performed which allowed to partly reduce the costs for heating of the facilities of the Variogansky field as well as to increase APG utilization index. Also a new pad with the utility trunk including the access road, oil and gas gathering pipeline, an overhead power line was developed on a turnkey basis at Varioganskoye field.
Construction of the heater PPT-0.2 G was finished at Novo-Agansk license at  booster pump station No. 2. The equipment upgrade was performed at Tagrinskoye filed facilities, the heater PTB-10 was substituted at the booster pump station -1. The massive reconstruction was also made at the oil processing unit NPU-100, which allowed to increase the processing capacity, to significantly improve the reliability, security and energy efficiency of this facility.
The main target of Varioganneft in hydrocarbons production will be increasing efficiency of exhausted resources in the current year. Production drilling of hardly recoverable reserves will be continued at Tagrinskoye field.
It is intended within the production program to produce additionally 470.240 thousand tons of oil from the new wells and 346.313 thousand tons from well interventions which will allow to form a constant growth of production indexes.
