Raduzhny, KhMAO. OAO Varioganneft has accomplished the next scheduled stage of preparation to an annual scientific and technical conference of young specialists.
Young employees of Varioganneft, the subsidiary of RussNeft, will introduce their projects in the fields of geology, upgrading of oil and gas production, energy and energy consumption, automation and IT, HR management and HSE.
Comprising of three stages, the conference is designed to reveal creative potential and involve young employees in solving actual social problems.
The conference is a very important part of youth professional development system, being a place where workers get the opportunity to introduce their innovative ideas, many of which could bring economic benefit in the near future.
The Company on the annual basis employs the graduates of higher and specialized secondary educational institutions. In 2015 more than 20 motivated and well-educated young people joined the ranks of oilmen, becoming the “future” of the Company and successors of its traditions.
Corporate professional development and motivation of young employees is an important aspect of RussNeft sustainable strategy. For this purpose the Youth Council was established at Varioganneft. It is the Body, that ensures better efficiency and promotion of the workers, as well as, supported by senior experienced employees, instills in youth the corporate values and ethics. For the young and motivated the Council holds competitions in professional excellence, in technical innovation ideas, as well as organizes various creative events, camping trips and other events of interest.
OAO Varioganneft will continue implementing programs, aimed at development of major professional knowledge and skills and of creativity stimulation, according to the press-team of the Company.
