Saratovneftegaz completed preparation of production facilities for winter

Eight boilers at oil production, gathering and treatment facilities were prepared for the cold season and commissioned. Tests and the required maintenance were carried out at the gas pipeline equipment involved in gas supply for the consumers as well as for the company’s operations.
On the eve of the new heating season a scheduled and preventative maintenance of the wells surface equipment was performed, process pipeline sections were replaced where needed, line heaters were repaired, the required reserve of chemical agents was stored, and heat insulation was replaced at some sections of the heating network. Winterization of fire hydrants and fire water ponds will be performed together with the repair of operation and utility premises.

Motor road and special vehicles (incl. bulldozing machinery and snowcats) are prepared for sustainable operations in extreme temperatures taking into account the upcoming harsh winter. OAO Saratovneftegaz and all its subsidiaries and servicing companies are fully provided with winter clothes.
Ensuring the non-accidental heating season at OAO Saratovneftegaz facilities of is one of the most significant directions of its operations. Some activities targeted at preparation of the producing facilities for the winter season are intended to ensure the sustainable oil production at the fields of the company.

Above 40 fields are being developed in Saratov and Volgograd regions and in Kalmykia.
