Ulyanovskneft educates its personnel about HSE issues

OAO Ulyanovskneft, the subsidiary of RussNeft, pursues computer- based personnel training in HSE.
Specifically, the complex system Olymp:Ox aimed at training and knowledge assessment of the employees by means of corporate network (Intranet) of the Company is being used.
The acquired module programs are targeted at individual training and personnel appraisal in HSE sphere. Olymp:ox system provides the opportunity for coordinated work of many employees simultaneously, as well as for training and testing employees of  the remote oil-field facilities.
In general, the HSE training activities of Ulyanovskneftegaz are being conducted in strict compliance with corporate policy of RussNeft, international standards ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, as well as with current laws and regulations.
Life and health sustaining, occupational safety, environmental protection in the areas of Ulyanovskneft production activity are the main objectives and major factors of development of the Company.
