OAO NAK AKI-OTYR successfully implements the program of oilfield development efficiency increase
Khanty-Mansiysk. KHMAO-Yugra. OAO NAK AKI-OTYR, AO NK RussNeft subsidiary, implements the program of oilfield development efficiency increase at Khanty-Mansiysk block in 2015.
14 new wells have been commissioned within 10 months. They were drilled at Verkhne-Shapshinskoye and Nizhne-Shapshinskoye fields.
9 wells with the average flowrate of 35.6 tons per day have been commissioned at Verkhne-Shapshinskoye field at the moment.
5 production wells were launched at Nizhne-Shapshinskoye field, including 3 horizontal wells. The production drilling results showed that the average flowrate of a well at Nizhne-Shapshinskoye field made up 17.5 tons per day with the water cutting less than 61%.
Commissioning of the new drilled wells will allow OAO NAK Aki-Otyr to make a consolidated growth of its production indexes and to reach a 100% execution of the annual business - plan.
Current operations with the basic well stock are also efficient in the Company, conformance control was performed at 17 wells.
The increase of hydrocarbon production was provided by the current operations with the basic well stock, in particular by performing a frac-job at Verkhne-Shapshinskoye field. This kind of well interventions will allow production of 81 thousand tons of “black gold”.
