Varioganneft implements Program of Professional Training of the Personnel

Raduzhny. KhMAO-Yugra.OAO Varioganneft , production subsidiary of RussNeft, has been implementing program of professional training of the personnel within system of continuous professional training.

Around 330 employees of OAO Varioganneft, the subsidiary of RussNeft, have been trained and  their qualification have been upgraded within system of continuous professional training for the year to date. Around 1.9 million roubles were allocated for these purposes.
Staff at all levels  -  tradesmen (labourers), middle and top management  - were able to upgrade  their skills and develop qualifications.
Various program of additional education, staff retraining and qualification upgrading, including, in particular, versatility training, enhancing knowledge in the HSE and other fields.
Continuous perfection of educational standards, upgrading of process technologies, sophistication of professional tasks and other factors demand continuous qualification upgrading.
Within corporate personnel policy, OAO Varioganneft pays special attention to the implementation of the professional development and qualification upgrading system,  which,  in their turn,  contribute to stable and secure operation of the enterprise, as well as health and safety of its personnel.
