Variyoganneft held professional excellence contest of 2015

Raduzhny. KhMAO-Yugra. Varioganneft, a production subsidiary of RussNeft, has held the annual “Best in Profession” Contest.

More than 100 nominees, employed at Varioganneft and affiliated service companies, competed in 13 categories.
The professional competition was traditionally comprised of two stages - theoretical and practical. The theoretical stage was intended to demonstrate the participants basic knowledge of production process and occupational health and safety, whereas the practical one – to demonstrate mastery and proficiency in everyday practical skills.
The winners of the competitions are as follows:
“Best Oil and Gas Production Operator” - Victor Buchin;
“Best Chemical Analysis Technician” – Elisaveta Sukhova;
“Best Geologist” – Egor Kychigin;
“Best Process Engineer“ – Rashit Kalmurzin;
“Best Well-Surveying Operator” – Oleg Kanshaev;
“Best Process Pump Operator” – Gerey Medzhidov;
“Best  Process Facilities Operator” – Subkhan Nasirov;
“Best Oil-Field Equipment Maintenance Man” – Victor Poltaranin;
“Best Well Servicing and Workover Shift” – Rasim Khidirov, Karim Dzhumaev, Sattor Rakhmonov, Osman Kahrimanov;
“Best Electric and Gas Welder” – Evgeniy Nikiforov;
“Best Supply and Maintenance Support Electrician” – Grigoriy Gudyak;
“Best Instrumentation and Control Maintenance Man” – Mikhail Kamyshan;
“Best Driver” – Damir Khusnutdinov.
Such contests contribute greatly to solving the top priority issues: improving personnel creativity and motivation, studying and disseminating cutting-edge practices, upgrading personnel qualifications among both experienced and young employees.
