OAO SARATOVNEFTEGAZ has held the professional excellence contest

The main objectives of such competitions is to improve staff qualification, to set up the corporate labor and culture standards, and to study and share cutting edge practices.
“Competitions, involving over 70 people, have been held in 10 disciplines: oil and gas production, loading, shift wellwork, process pump operation, chemical analysis, oil-field equipment maintenance, electric and gas welding, driving, instrumentation and control equipment maintenance, electrical equipment.
Along with practical tasks implementation, intended to display nominee mastery and professional skills to the Assessment Board, the participants also took tests in theory.
The major assessment criteria were: time and quality of the assignment implementation, zero faults and compliance with health and safety standards.
The winners of the contest are the following:
“Best Oil and Gas Production Operator” - Nickolai Bylinkin (Pugatchevsky Oil and gas production department).
“Best Loading Operator” – Olga Golubkina (Pravoberezhny Oil and Gas Preparation and Transportation Department).
“Best Process Pump Operator” – Artyom Kovalchuk (Pravoberezhny Oil and Gas Preparation and Transportation Department).
“Best Chemical Technician”– Anna Fiodorova (Pravoberezhny department of the testing laboratory).

“Best Supply and Maintenance Support Electrician” – Sergey Morozov (OOO “Saratovenergoneft”)
“Best Oil-Field Equipment Maintenance Man” – Oleg Anisenko (ZAO “Service-Center NP i BO”)
“Best Electric and Gas Welder” – Alexey Stanko (ZAO “Service-Center NP i BO”)
“Best Instrumentation and Control Equipment Maintenance Man” – Alexey Diachenko (ZAO Upravleniye Promyshlennoy Avtomatiki)
“Best Driver” – Pavel Apollonov (OOO Zavolzhskoye UTT)
Every contest winner has been awarded a monetary prize in accordance with place taken, as well as next-year salary increase.
