RussNeft maintains an educational project in collaboration with the Gubkin Russian State Oil and Gas University

Ulyanovsk. The children of the employees of holding subsidiaries are trained at the regional preparation centers of  RussNeft, created on the basis of its affiliates in Saratov and Raduzhny.

OAO Ulyanovskneft , the subsidiary of  Russneft,  continues its  active participation in the implementation of the collaborative educational project of RussNeft and the Russian State Oil and Gas University. The project was launched in 2010.

Under the educational project, the children of the employees of the RussNeft subsidiaries have been studying at regional preparation centers created on the basis of its affiliates in Saratov and Raduzhny.

The specifically designed programs include two onsite examination periods (residential sessions) and a critical independent piece of work under the distant control of the University tutors. The main purpose of the program is to prepare prospective students for the graduation Uniform State Exam and University admission examinations.

In 2015 six Ulyanovsk high school graduates will be admitted to this famous institution for the employer-sponsored education.

16 Ulyanovsk young citizens have become students of Gubkin University under the present program.

The successful operation of the regional preparation center is the next important step for providing the Company and the industry with high-qualified specialists.
