OAO Ulyanovskneft continues operations automation
Ulyanovsk. OAO Ulyanovskneft, subsidiary of AO NK RussNeft, continues automation of the oil production processes.
This will allow online correct monitoring of the oil production and treatment processes.
In particular, Verkhozimskoye field First Water Knock-out (FWKO) unit was equipped with a hardware/software workplace automation complex with process monitoring and control functions available at the workplace of the FWKO unit supervisor.
Besides, Sputnik automated group metering unit installation and commissioning were completed for the production rates metering at Kudryashovskoye field Well Pad 2 and Well Pad 3 displaying the data at the central process facility.
Implementation of the above stated activities will allow to monitor correct online data of the oil production and treatment processes as well as promptly respond to emergencies.
Enhancement of the oilfield engineering infrastructure, application of the up-to-date equipment and innovative methods of oil production, as well as Health, Safety and Environment issues are fundamentals for OAO Ulyanovskneft successful activity.
