OAO Varioganneft is preparing for the fires outbreak season

A consolidated schedule of activities was developed for the upcoming season in order to provide fire safety during the operation of oil fields in summer as well as stable and failure free operation of the equipment, buildings and facilities.  The schedule describes in detail the actions of all the services responsible for the operational condition of all the facilities of Variogan oil block.
Massive organizational and technical activities were implemented to prevent the fire outbreak. Before the start of the fires outbreak season, the oilmen together with the representatives of the forest districts checked the fire safety status of the operational facilities as well as the availability of the equipment at the facilities with fire extinguishing equipment and communication equipment and alarm signal at the facilities of Variogan oil block.
Varioganneft fire prevention operations are performed in strict compliance with the acting law and local regulations, the press-office of the company says. The company devotes much attention to the employees’ training and working out the emergency situations. Thus 83 employees took part in training and received the certificates for the program of the basics of fire and technical safety. The company annually allocates significant funds  to fire safety training of the employees, update of the equipment, monitoring of fire safety of the facilities.
