Saratov. OAO Saratovneftegaz continues implementing the capital construction program.
Above 38 km of pipelines which are economically and technically important for the company and for the region in general were constructed in 2014 in course of the capital construction program of OAO Saratovneftegaz (AO NK RussNeft producing subsidiary).
In order to minimize the risks and to reduce the costs during the operations of the Company, 3 sections of the oil pipeline from SP-18 Kvasnikovsky to SP-20 Pionersky (oil pipeline from NSP-18 to tie-in point into the pipeline from Saratov to Astrakhan) with overall length of 10,000 m were replaced. With the purpose of facilities development at Zapadno-Vishnevskoye field OOO RedOil constructed and launched the 1,628 m gas condensate flowline and 3,964 m gas condensate manifold pipeline. The sections of the pipeline from SP-22 to Stepnovskiye Gas-Oil Separation Plant (GOSP) (5,811.6 m), from Urizky SP-2 to GOSP (1,000 m), from SP Ilovlinsky to Oil Treatment Unit Zapadnaya Rybushka (1,241.6 m) and other 6.1 km oil pipelines were upgraded.
9,000 m of pipelines were also constructed at Rodionovskoye, Urizkoye and Suslovskoye fields after well interventions.
Besides, three 2,000 m3 vertical steel tanks for oil and water gathering and treatment were commissioned at Levoberezhny and Pravoberezhny oil and gas treatment and transport units.
Technical upgrade was performed at Sokolovogorsky gathering facility, located at Volzhsky district in Saratov. UR-10/1.4 recuperator unit was constructed here to utilize APG from the preliminary water knock-out unit and use the released heat energy for the local consumption.
It is worth mentioning that the amount of capital investments into construction amounted to 226 mln RUB (VAT not included) in 2014. It is important that construction of new facilities and upgrade of the existing ones comply with all the applicable HSE regulations.
The specialists of OAO Saratovneftegaz plan to develop the engineering infrastructure and introduce up-to-date oil production technologies facilitating more efficient development of the producing fields in 2015. Along with the new facilities construction in the current year the company will continue to upgrade the existing pipelines to ensure their failure free operation.
