Ulyanovskneft announced the results of the scientific and technical contest for young employees

Ulyanovsk. OAO Ulyanovskneft, AO NK RussNeft subsidiary, announced the winners of the scientific and technical corporate contest for young employees.

The main objectives of the contest were to increase production efficiency, introduce new machinery and technologies as well as to introduce the improved methods of work organization. Apart from that this contest also targeted developing of scientific and technical, innovative and artistic initiative of the young people as well as identifying the most perspective and talented young employees of OAO Ulyanovskneft in order to form the candidates’ pool of the Company. The projects submitted within the contest involved Geology and Development, Oil Production and Treatment, Drilling and Well Workover, Oilfield Equipment, Power and Energy Saving, Automatic Production and IT, Engineering and Design and Field Facilities Development, Economics, Finance and HR Management, HSE, Transport Services.

22 projects in total were submitted to the jury. All the projects represented proposals for improvement of production, economics and finance, HR management etc. All the employees who submitted their projects were awarded with prizes.

The projects were assessed according to the following criteria: relevance, innovation, economic efficiency and its implementation in the company.

Ulyanovskneft is a socially responsible company and it intends to keep its reputation of a prestigious and interesting place of work being the source of new ideas and technologies.
