Khanty-Mansiysk. KhMAO-Yugra. OAO NAK AKI-OTYR continues to build infrastructure of Verkhne-Shapshinskoye field.

OAO NAK AKI-OTYR, OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary, continues to implement the development project of booster pump station of Verkhne-Shapshinskoye field: the three phase separator with water disposal is ready to be commissioned. The design includes the vessel (V = 100м3), preventing valve installed at oil pipelines, gas pipelines, bottom water pipelines, measuring units and automation (level controllers, temperature indicators, pressure indicators etc.), installation of automated control system for technical processes. The operation of the separator with water disposal is integrated into technological scheme of the booster pump station of Verkhne-Shapshinskoye field. It is the second stage of separation which involves separation in three phases; gas, oil and water. With the help of three-phase separator it is planned to get the oil with 5% of water content while in output from the booster pump station it is planned to receive oil with less than 1% of water. The energy efficiency will consist of fluid amount decrease while it goes through oil separation stages which will lower the pressure for technological tanks. The use of separator will also allow to save chemical agent, which separates the product into phases. Commissioninng of the technical equipment will complete the development of Verkhne-Shapshinskoye field. UGRAINFORM.RU
