OAO AKI-OTYR implements the project of vacuum compressor station construction

AKI-OTYR, OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary, started implementing the project of vacuum compressor station construction at Verkhne-Shapshinskoye field.

OAO NAK AKI-OTYR started construction of vacuum compressor station at Verkhne-Shapshinskkoye field.  
Vacuum compressor station of first separation stage is targeted for gas compression from the last oil separation stage and its supply into the pipeline for further transportation and processing at the processing plant. 
The project of vacuum compressor station includes compressor station, air-cooling unit, tanks, valves. The whole technological process shall be integrated into the operation scheme of the booster pump station of Verkhne-Shapshinskoye field. 
All technical, technological and construction specifications necessary for construction of the compressor station have been developed. The contractor is being selected at the moment. 
The maximum design capacity of the compressor station for petroleum gas intake and compression will amount to 64 thousand m3 per day. 
Start-up and commission are expected in the second half of 2015. The entire related infrastructure providing gas intake and supply will be constructed by that time. The vacuum compressor station will provide the Company with the opportunity to utilize of approximately 98% of APG. 
Reasonable APG utilization is one of the most important directions of OAO NAK AKI-OTYR. The objective of the Company is to provide sustainable and effective development of oil producing and processing capacities in compliance with the standards of ecological and industrial safety.
