According to the press-service of “Russneft”, the company plans to correct all violations of license agreements, revealed by Ministry of Natural Resource, within the specified dates.

“As far as Fedyushkinskoye and Grushevoye fields are concerned, the company will produce the required supplements to the license agreements and comply with all Ministry’s orders before the end of this year”, - told ANI the press secretary of “Russneft” Eduard Sarkisov.

He also noted that necessary documentation on other fields will be agreed upon within specified dates.

“The “Russneft’s” program of fields exploitation is already approved in the company” – said E.Sarkisov.

It was earlier reported that Field License Committee of Ministry of Natural Resources of Russian Federation at the meeting held on Wednesday made a decision about possible early field license withdrawals from “Russneft”, “Kaspoil” (subsidiary of “Rosneft”) and JSC “Tomskneftegazgeologiya VNK” (38% of shares are owned by “Tomskneft VNK”, controlled by “Yukos”).

According to the committee’s decision, “Russneft”, being the licensee of Duklinskoye (oil reserves approx. 10 million tones), Grushevoye (approx. 3 million tones), Poselkovoye (4,5 million tones), Fedyushkinskoye (approx. 10 million tones), Stolbovoye (25 million tones) oil fields in Tomskaya oblast is due to prepare draft supplements to license agreements concerning Fedyushkinskoye and Grushevoye fields within a month.

As for other licenses, the committee gave “Russneft” notices with possible six months withdrawals.
