RussNeft to Have Eliminated Violations of License Agreements at Tomsk Oilfields.

NK RussNeft OAO has eliminated the violations in the terms of the license agreement at a number of oilfields in the Tomsk region, as Interfax was informed by the local administration natural resources control committee’s deputy chairman Nickolay Ilyin.

He pointed out that the observance of the license agreements by the Company has been considered at the meeting of the RF Natural Resources Ministry’s Suboil Use Committee on the 31st of August. 
“A year ago the RF Natural Resources Ministry revealed some violations in observance of the license agreements at the Poselkovoye, Stolbovoye, Duklinskoye and Sredne-Vasyuganskoye oilfields which have been completely eliminated by today,” – he noted. By the time of the meeting the violation had been eliminated.
RussNeft owns Sobolinoye ZAO located over the area of the Tomsk region, producing about 200 thousand tons of crude oil a year. The company owns as well communities with promising oilfields; they are Poselkovoye OOO, Fedyushkinskoye OOO, Grushevoye OOO, Stolbovoye OOO and Duklinskoye OOO. Their total recoverable resources amount to 28 million tons of crude.
Moreover a Cyprian company called Benodet Investments Ltd. also belongs to RussNeft. Benodet Investments Ltd. has 7 oilfields (the Gurarinskoye, Yasnoye, Yuzhno-Tabaganskoye, Solonovskoye, Smolyanskoye, Kulbinskoye and Boltnoye) with total recoverable reserves of 17.5 million tons of crude and about 192 million cubic meters of solute gas.
