The opening ceremony was held on the 9th September. It was attended by the Governor of the oblast Sergey Morozov, representatives of religious Moslem communities. It was not the first charitable act of RussNeft in the regions of its activities.

RussNeft has also built a mosque in the town of Raduzhny (Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug), St. Royal Martyrs Church in Izhevsk (Udmurtia), Kazansko-Bogoroditsky Temple in the village of Balesino, Malo-Diveevsky Monastry in the village of Noria of the Malopurguinsky district of Udmurtia, Cathedral of St.Panteleimon the Martyr on the territory of the Central Clinical Military Hospital of Russia’s Federal Security Service in Moscow.
